Shipping policy

Australia shipping fee:

• Orders of $70 AUD or more qualify for FREE delivery within Australia.
• Orders under $70 AUD incur a flat shipping fee of $9.95 AUD.

New Zealand shipping fee:

• All New Zealand orders incur a minimum shipping fee of $14.95 AUD.

When will my order ship?

Orders will usually be dispatched within three business days (72 business hours). 

Please note there may be some dispatch delays during periods around sales or holiday periods like Christmas. You then must allow for up to 10 days with standard delivery by Australia Post.  Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Australian EST) and not on weekends or public holidays.
