How can I place an online order?

Ordering online is available to current Collins Debden account holders only. If you are an account holder please sign up online here. Within 3 Days you will be given access to our online ordering facility.

What if I am not an account holder?

If you are a business wishing to stock products from Collins Debden or looking for a corporate solution for your business please contact us.

How do I check on a delivery?

Generally orders will be processed and set for delivery in a timely manner, however peak seasons may vary. If there is a problem with your order, such as stock being unavailable, you will be notified by our customer service team. To check on your order please contact our Customer Service team.

Who do I contact for customer support?

For orders placed with Collins Debden please contact our Customer Service team on 1800 803 429. Office hours are 9am to 5pm AEST. During peak seasons we may experience delays in service.

What are my online trading terms?

Please refer to your account documentation from Collins Debden when your account was set up. Only current account holders can order online. If your account is on hold please contact our accounts department on 02 8863 1500.

Invoices and Taxes

All goods are accompanied with an invoice which will display GST information. If you are missing an invoice or require a copy please accounts department on 02 8863 1500.

Does the displayed price include GST?

All Recommended Retail Prices are displayed as including GST. For account holders your price is shown excluding GST. The applicable GST is added in the checkout.

Will there be charges on my goods?

If the minimum order values of your account are not met delivery and handling charges will be applicable. Please refer to your account terms and conditions.

Simply search for the item code online and we will list if a product is in stock, low in stock or sold out. If you cannot find the product you are looking for please contact us
